This policy describes how
QubForge d.o.o. processes personal
data in connection with the
qubforge.com website. The
WhatsNextAction (WNA) application has its own privacy notice — see
whatsnextaction.com/privacy.

2. Scope
This notice covers personal data we process when you visit
qubforge.com or contact us by email. Data processed inside
the WhatsNextAction service (account, content, payments) is covered by the
WNA Privacy Policy linked above.
3. What data we process
- Contact data — if you write to us at info@qubforge.com, we process the email address and any information you share so we can reply.
- Technical data — minimal server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies — qubforge.com does not set tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Only the language preference is read from the URL.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to inquiries — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in handling correspondence).
- Site security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Compliance with statutory obligations (e.g., accounting records for any business correspondence that becomes a contract) — Art. 6(1)(c).
5. Processors and third parties
We use the following sub-processors for the website and corporate operations:
- Google Cloud (EU region) — hosting of the website.
- Zoho Corporation — business email (info@qubforge.com).
Processing related to the WhatsNextAction service (including payments) is
described separately in the
WNA Privacy Policy.
6. International transfers
Where a processor operates servers outside the EU/EEA, transfers are
safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European
Commission, together with supplementary measures where required.
7. Retention
- Email correspondence: kept as long as necessary for the matter, typically up to 24 months.
- Accounting documents (invoices, contracts): 10 years (Slovenian tax law).
- Server access logs: up to 12 months.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port,
or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these
rights, write to info@qubforge.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be
indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
